My typical processing time is listed in the banner at the top of the page. I ship every day (Monday-Friday) and may extend the processing time at busier times of the year.
How long does it take for my order to arrive once shipped?
I always ship within my stated processing time, but the speed at which it takes to arrive at your doorstep is a variable outside of my control. All items are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage. Please utilize tracking services at www.usps.com for the most accurate delivery estimates for your order.
I entered the wrong address, what can I do?
If your order has not shipped, please reach out to me via email and I will change the address prior to shipping. If it has already been shipped, you may need to contact the post office to submit a claim to have it redirected to the correct address.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time I only ship within the United States.
I live locally to you. Can I pick my order up in person?
Unfortunately, no. Due to Colorado sales tax laws, I only sell my products through online marketplaces. This means the order must be shipped to maintain my compliance with this requirement.
What do I do if my package says "delivered" but I did not receive it?
My shop uses tracked shipping for all orders. The tracking helps the post office determine where a package was delivered via GPS technology. If your package is marked "delivered" but you did not receive it, please take the following steps:
1.) Check with neighbors to see if the package was delivered to them accidentally.
2.) Contact your local post office for help locating the package. Provide them with the tracking number and your shipping address. I am available to provide assistance with this step, if needed.
3.) Unfortunately, if the post office marks your package as "delivered" and tracking confirms your address, I have to take that as proof of delivery. Refunds/reships are not given unless a police report for stolen mail is filed.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes, the primary discount I offer is free shipping on all orders.

Who handles the payment for your website?
My website is hosted by Big Cartel, who handles all payment processing and sales tax submissions on my behalf. All payments are directed through Stripe.
Can you gift wrap this item for me before shipping?
I do not offer gift wrapping at this time, but all kits come in a nicely label kraft box, with all contents wrapped in tissue paper to keep them secure inside the box.
