Returns and refunds

RETURNS/REFUNDS: I do accept returns for a refund under the following conditions:

  • The buyer must contact me via email at [email protected] to arrange a return of the product prior to mailing it back.
  • The return request must be initiated within 14 days of delivery date and postmarked within 30 days of purchase.
  • Any items sent back without notifying me first are considered a forced return and will not be accepted.
  • THE BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING EXPENSES UNLESS OTHERWISE EXPLICITLY STATED.
  • Items must be returned to me with a trackable shipping service. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
  • A refund will be issued after I have received and inspected your item(s). At that time, a decision will be made to process the return.
  • The return of funds will be provided to the original payment method.
  • Please include your order number and name and address with the return.

DAMAGED ITEMS:

In the rare instance of a damaged product or missing items, after confirming through photos, I will send you a prepaid label to mail it back at my expense. The item will be inspected prior to refunding.
