* 12 pieces of solid cardstock to serve as the decorative mat (6 medium pink mats, 6 light pink mats).

* 12 fabric and burlap heart embellishments with adhesive.

* 12 mini white cards (3 x 3 inches) made from 65-lb cardstock

* 12 mini white envelopes

* Written instructions with photo for completing the cards

NEEDED SUPPLIES: Double sided tape (recommended), a strong craft glue stick, or other adhesive to attach the cardstock mat.
